The most possible errors of any interface or service are data errors.
And it is fruitless job to work on something which is due to lack of awareness, knowledge and understanding of the data as an input to interface or service. This situation makes the support or maintenance job tedious.
It is worth validating xml and xsd should have some restriction where possibility of wrong input is more and data in transaction in critical.
